about theatre privé

Who can join Theatre PrivÉ?

You can join by submitting your details here or by sending me an email directly.

why should i book with you?

I personally source London’s West End tickets at discounted group rates - without you needing to organise a large group yourself!

Every seat I offer is handpicked to ensure a great theatre experience. I only select seats I’d be happy to sit in myself - no restricted views & no seats ‘in the gods’. My tickets are always in the Stalls or Dress Circle, as central as possible, so you get the best views at the best prices.

I take the hassle out of booking while you sit back and enjoy the show! Plus, as a Theatre Privé member, you’ll always receive a personal touch, including recommendation emails after your bookings to help you plan the perfect afternoon or evening at the theatre.

will Theatre Privé founders be at every show?

No. As much as I’d love to be at the theatre every night, I won’t be attending every show where tickets are available.

Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, just like a regular theatre booking. So, who you, and your party sit next to is part of the fun — you might end up next to Tim from Kent… or even Jude Law! (Yes, that actually happened to me! 😆)

purchasing tickets

What SHows do you offer?

I offer a wide variety of shows, including musicals, plays, dance performances, and immersive events.

You will find a list of available shows to book here.

How will I hear about new shows?

Our website is regularly updated with new shows, and I’ll also send new show offerings directly to your inbox through email.

Where will my seats be?

When you book through me, you’ll have access to some of the best seats in the theatre, all personally selected to ensure a great view and experience - I only sell seats I’d happily sit in myself!

Seat locations (e.g., Stalls: Rows A & B) will always be listed on the booking page. Once I receive the tickets from the box office, I’ll email them straight to you, including your exact seat numbers.

I don’t list exact seat numbers upfront because I reserve an allocation of seating—this allows me to seat all booking parties together and gives me flexibility to ensure friends and family aren’t split up.

If you’d like to know your seat numbers before booking, just ask—I’m always happy to be transparent about what’s available If you have specific seating preferences or requirements, feel free to email me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Will we be sat together?

Yes! I always ensure that everyone in a booking is seated together.

If my ticket allocation is ever limited, I will clearly state this on the show’s booking page and personally email you to let you know if there’s a chance the group may need to be split (though this hasn’t happened yet!).

This is also why I don’t list specific seat numbers on the booking page - it allows me to accommodate groups of all sizes and make sure you’re seated together.

How do I book tickets?

All bookings must be made online. Simply visit the Show Store page, select your show, performance date, and number of tickets, then proceed to checkout. Once your order is complete, the tickets are officially yours!

You’ll receive a confirmation email straight to your inbox. If you need any help with booking, just drop me an email - I’m always happy to assist!

How do I pay for tickets?

All tickets must be paid for at checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processor.

Your card details are never stored or visible to me, so you can book with confidence!

why is there a service charge added to my booking?

Running Theatre Privé takes time and effort, and my goal is to provide you with exceptional service before, during, and after your ticket purchase. The service charge helps cover the costs of card processing fees, website maintenance, membership administration, and the personalised service I provide to ensure you have the best theatre experience.

Unlike when booking independently - where hidden booking fees are often added, my pricing is fully transparent. On each show’s booking page, you’ll see the ticket’s face value (the cost to me) and the service charge percentage and amount added to the advertised price.

This ensures you know exactly what you're paying for, with no surprises!

how, and when will i RECEIVE my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent as e-tickets to the email address provided at checkout. I always ensure tickets are sent no later than two weeks before your show date, though it’s usually much sooner!

If you haven’t received your tickets, just get in touch, and I’ll be happy to help.
